Taylor Swift has initiated legal proceedings against Kanye West following a series of sexually explicit messages he posted about her and two well-known music stars.

The rapper alleged that she engaged in a threesome with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles and described the supposed encounter in highly obscene detail.

Taylor Swift was reportedly "upset" by these claims and issued a "cease and desist," which her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, fully supports.

West received a cease and desist after making the shocking allegation about Taylor Swift having sexual relations with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles from "both sides."

The rapper made these claims in a series of explicit messages he recently posted on social media.

An insider told the Daily Mail that Swift felt she had "no other option" but to take legal action against the "Donda" rapper.

"This time, he has crossed a line. His claims are not only false but also defamatory," the source commented about the Yeezy CEO.

"This isn't just [West] gossiping. This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her, and intending to harm her and her career," they added.

With the cease and desist now in place, West is expected to stop making similar rants against Swift. However, if he continues, he could face more serious legal repercussions, including a potential defamation lawsuit.

Although Taylor Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, wasn't mentioned in Kanye West's erratic outburst, he is reportedly very angry about the situation.

Kelce wants to confront West directly "man to man" if the rapper is willing to meet him.

Kelce's frustration is heightened by his belief that continuing to discuss West's claims will only "draw more attention to the lies."

Additionally, it doesn't help that Swift is "clearly upset" by the false allegations.

"Taylor's clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her," the insider added. "There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face."

In reaction to West's outbursts, a social media user urged her to take stronger measures against the rapper.

The user stated, "Considering everything Kanye West has done to her since 2009, including his recent offensive remarks here, I believe Taylor Swift should get a restraining order against him and then proceed with a lawsuit. WHAT PART OF 'LEAVE TAYLOR SWIFT ALONE' DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!?"

Many others also defended the singer and criticized the rapper for his behavior.

"Why are we ignoring that Kanye West sexually harassed Harry along with Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber? We should be holding him accountable [right now]," one user commented.

"This man should be in jail and banned from this app, do something @elonmusk," another user remarked.

Another person added, "I'll admit this: I'm not a fan of Taylor Swift's music, but I have no issue with her as a person. That said, I will always support her when it comes to Kanye West's fixation on speaking ill of her. Kanye is unstable."

Before his recent outburst, West had a long-standing pattern of targeting Swift through his posts, music, and even at a public appearance during an award ceremony.

He first embarrassed the pop star when she won Best Female Video at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009. At that time, the rapper interrupted the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer during her acceptance speech and stated that the award should have been given to Beyoncé.

In 2016, he mentioned her in his song "Famous," referring to her as a "b-tch" whom he claimed to have "made famous."

After the song's release, Swift criticized it for containing a "strong misogynistic message," which West attempted to downplay by asserting that she had approved the lyrics during a phone call, which was recorded by his then-wife, Kim Kardashian.

Although Swift denied these claims, West further targeted her in his "Famous" music video by featuring a realistic wax figure resembling the pop star.

Recently, West also alleged in a since-deleted tweet that Swift is the reason he has never been offered the Super Bowl halftime headline spot by the NFL.

Swift discussed her feud with West and his ex-wife, Kardashian, during her interview with Time magazine after being named Person of the Year in 2023.

The singer explained how West and Kardashian affected her career and well-being by releasing an edited audio recording of her phone conversation with the rapper.

Reflecting on the 2016 conflict with the former couple, Swift remarked that being labeled a snake felt like "career death" after she denied giving consent for West to mention her with offensive lyrics in his song "Famous."

"You have a completely fabricated setup, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then released to portray me as a liar," Swift told the publication.

She added, "That brought me to a psychological low I had never experienced before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn't leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to take phone calls. I distanced myself from most people in my life because I no longer trusted anyone. I fell really, really hard."
